Classes with Lane:

July 30-August 2, 2015
Television/Video & Commercial Dance
Ages 10-14
Int/Adv Level

Class Description:

Lane will start each class by safely taking students through an energizing warm-up to help dancers feel their most flexible. “I’m not down with the “snap, snap, crack, crack warm-up, but a warm-up that will truly lengthen, align and enlighten the structure of one’s body”.

Lane will then take students “across the floor” helping them to familiarize themselves with NOT ONLY getting from one side of the room to the other based on “counts’’ but for them to start getting an UNDERSTANDING of their “brand” with a strong emphasis on technique.

Students will finish the class with a Broadway, Television, or Movie style routine designed to help them feel more confident about performing for stage or screen. All classes are done in a relaxed and fun environment designed to help students take control of their destinies. If you’ve ever wanted to take your skills to the next level, Lane’s class should not be missed. This is the one you’ve been looking for.

In addition to teaching choreography to Camp PULSE dancers, Television Dialogue coach and actor Lane Napper is bringing these amazing Workshops to each Camp Pulse city along with his awesome crew (Sammy, Ryan, LJ and Eric). They will introduce students into the world of acting on stage as well as for camera.
